Here’s how our referral process works:
- Provide us with your contact information and details of the property owners in the form below.
- We’ll prepare a written referral agreement that clearly outlines referral commission and details. Additionally, we’ll ensure that you are referred back to in case the property owner decides to sell the property.
- We will then reach out to the referred party to introduce them to our services.
- Once the property management agreement is signed, we will promptly send out the referral commission addendum for each of your referrals.
- Your referral checks will be issued after the unit has been under our management for a minimum period of three months.
Referral Commission: 20% of gross monthly rent.
Referral Condition: To qualify for a referral commission, a unit must remain under management for a minimum of three months.
