Here’s how our referral process works:

  1. Provide us with your contact information and details of the property owners in the form below.
  2. We’ll prepare a written referral agreement that clearly outlines referral commission and details. Additionally, we’ll ensure that you are referred back to in case the property owner decides to sell the property.
  3. We will then reach out to the referred party to introduce them to our services.
  4. Once the property management agreement is signed, we will promptly send out the referral commission addendum for each of your referrals.
  5. Your referral checks will be issued after the unit has been under our management for a minimum period of three months.

 

Referral Commission:  20% of gross monthly rent.

Referral Condition: To qualify for a referral commission, a unit must remain under management for a minimum of three months.

Example: For a property with monthly rent of $2500, the referral commission would be ($2500 * 20%) = $500. Similarly for a portfolio referral with total monthly rent of $10,000, the referral commission would be ($10000 * 20%) = $2000
